| 1. Pick a date that works around your organization's activities 2. Enlist volunteers to help with scheduling before event and with sign-in and setting fee collection during the event. 3. Post flyer on website and make copies for students to take to parents. 4. Send email reminders to parents. 5. Enjoy increased income without selling anything. 6. Photographer does the rest!
